From October 1st to October 3rd, 2010 the seventh edition of the Jornadas de Transfans Españolas convention (JDT) will be held in the spanish city of Zaragoza. This convention, formerly known as Jornadas de Transformers Españolas, is the annual meeting in which Spanish fans celebrate their passion for these toys through exhibitions, lectures, contests and activities.

This edition will hold the following contests, in which transformable toys prizes worth over 300 Euros will be awarded.

Customs Contest
-With a first prize valued over 100 Euros!
-Check the rules

Costume Contest
-The winner will receive one of the best existing Transformers: Masterpiece Skywarp.
-All contestants will receive a prize by the mere fact of appearing in costume.

Questions and answers Contest for all audiences
-Everyone can participate and have fun!

Q & A Expert’s Contest
-Competition in which the most ardent fans will demonstrate their vast knowledge of Transformers history.

The convention will also hold the following workshops and activities.

Airbrush Course
-In which we will learn the basics of painting on figures, plastics and rubbers.

Crash Course on airbrushing compressors and pneumatic
-We will be shown how to make a cheap, reliable and quiet home compressor.

Children’s Cut-out models Workshop
-Where our children can cut-out and paint their favorite Transformers characters.

Game Workshop
-Lots of transfomable toys ready to be played with! Only for children (and those who feel like children!)

History of Transformers
-Visit the 25 years of this series through monitors with slides.

Later we will expand information about the location of the Convention, running competitions and activity schedules.
